Srinagar: Saudi Arabia has declared that Sunday, March 30, 2025, will be the first day of Eid Al Fitr after observers spotted the Shawwal crescent earlier this evening.

Eid is celebrated on Shawwal 1, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan. Islamic months last 29 or 30 days, depending on when the Moon is sighted. As the moon was sighted today, the Islamic month will last 29 days.
