JAMMU: The Kot Bhalwal village site in Jammu North Constituency is being developed into a Scientific Solid Waste Management plant through NAFED for scientific processing of waste.

Minister for Health, Sakeena Itoo, stated this while replying on behalf of Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, to a question raised by Sham Lal Sharma.
