This is in response to the neglect of Delina-Baramulla Flyover Construction that causes severe hardships and agony to the people of this entire belt of Baramulla, while the administration seems to have put itself on Silent Mode!

The ongoing flyover construction at Delina on the Baramulla-Srinagar National Highway has left thousands of commuters facing daily hardships. Launched in early 2024, the project remains neglected, with authorities failing to ensure smooth traffic movement. The 2-km stretch is riddled with deep potholes, waterlogging, and uneven surfaces, causing vehicle damage and significantly increasing travel time. Students, office workers, and patients traveling to Srinagar endure long delays and unsafe conditions, with accidents and breakdowns becoming routine.

Despite repeated complaints, neither the district administration nor the Current government has taken concrete steps in this regard. Transporters face mounting repair costs, yet their concerns remain ignored. The public demands immediate action to expedite construction of the Flyover.
