The 15-member squad was flagged off by the General Officer Commanding (GOC), Chinar Corps, in a ceremony held at Badami Bagh, Srinagar. The initiative aims to offer exposure to the young athletes, allowing them to enhance their skills, engage with their counterparts from Maharashtra, and interact with cricketing dignitaries. Additionally, the team will have the opportunity to explore Mumbai, the financial capital of the country.

Aseem Foundation, Pune, has played a crucial role in facilitating this event by securing national-level facilities for the matches, ensuring that the players get the best possible experience.

Such initiatives not only provide young Kashmiri women with valuable sporting opportunities but also enable cultural exchange, broadening their perspectives and shaping a society with a positive and progressive outlook.
