JAMMU: Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare and Education, Sakeena Itoo, has deeply condoled the demise of Dr. Sibtain Masoodi, brother of her colleague and MLA Pampore, Justice (Retired) Hasnain Masoodi.
