Srinagar: The High Court of J&K and Ladakh on Thursday ordered transfer and posting of 34 judicial officers in the subordinate judiciary.

According to an order issued by Registrar General, Shahzad Azeem, Jaffer Hussain Beg, Principal District and Sessions Judge (PDSJ), Srinagar has been transferred and posted as District Judge, Leave Reserve, Jammu.

Tasleem Arief, Registrar Vigilance, High Court of J&K and Ladakh, has been transferred and posted as PDSJ, Srinagar; Shazia Tabassum, PDSJ, Kupwara, has been transferred and posted as Member Secretary, J&K Legal Services Authority.

Rajinder Sapru, Registrar Rules, High Court of J&K and Ladakh, has been transferred and posted as PDSJ, Rajouri while as Naseer Ahmad Dar, PDSJ, Pulwama, has been transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla.

Rajiv Gupta, PDSJ, Rajouri, has been transferred and his services have been placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice for his appointment as Registrar Vigilance, High Court of J&K and Ladakh.

Kamlesh Pandit, Additional District Judge (Bank Cases), Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur; and Sudhir Kumar, Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as PDSJ, Kishtwar.

Manjit Singh Manhas, PDSJ, Kishtwar, has been transferred and posted as PDSJ, Kupwara; and Amarjeet Singh Langeh, 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla, has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Jammu.

Amit Kumar Gupta, Member Secretary, J&K Legal Services Authority, has been transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal on deputation against the vacant post.

Farooq Ahmad Bhat, Registrar Judicial, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar; and Shabir Ahmad Malik, PDSJ, Kargil, has been transferred and posted as PDSJ, Pulwama, Khurshid Ul Islam, 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, has been transferred and his services have been placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice for his appointment as Registrar Judicial, Srinagar, .

Arti Mohan, Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court (POCSO), Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Judge (Bank Cases), Jammu, Umi Kulsoom, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Handwara, has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court (POCSO), Srinagar.

Pawan Kumar Sharma, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla, has been transferred and posted as Special Judge Anti Corruption (CBI Cases), Jammu against the vacant post; and Iqbal Ahmad Masoodi, 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer Fast Track Court, Kupwara.

Sudesh Sharma, Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Doda has been transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajouri; and Spalzes Angmo, Member Secretary, Ladakh Legal Services Authority, has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil.

Khem Raj, Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Kupwara, has been transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice for his appointment as Registrar Rules, High Court of J&K and Ladakh.

Dinesh Gupta, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur, has been transferred and posted as 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar; and Bashir Ahmad Munshi, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajouri has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Doda.

Anjum Ara, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar; and Mansoor Ahmad Lone, District Judge, LRP, has been transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Handwara.

Mahmud Anwar Alnasir, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishtwar has been transferred and posted as Sub Judge, Uri; and Fozia Paul, Sub Judge, Uri has been transferred and posted as Secretary DLSA, Anantnag.

Jahangir Ahmad Bakshi, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pulwama, has been transferred and his services have been placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice for his appointment as Joint Registrar (Judicial/Protocol), Srinagar; and Munish Kumar Manhas, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kathua has been transferred and posted as CJM Kishtwar.

Sajad Ur Rehman, City Judge, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Secretary DLSA, Srinagar; and Abdul Bari, Joint Registrar (Judicial/Protocol), Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as City Judge, Srinagar.

Ajay Kumar, Secretary DLSA, Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kathua; and Nusrat Ali Hakak, Secretary DLSA, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Secretary DLSA, Budgam against vacant post.

Muzamil Ahmad Wani, Secretary DLSA, Anantnag, has been transferred and posted as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pulwama.
