Apart from organizational activities, District Congress Committee (DCC) Presidents and Senior leaders gave feedback to the JKPCC President with regard to the socio-political scenario obtaining in their respective districts and also briefed him (Karra) about the issue confronting the public. The meetings also held threadbare discussions over the upcoming challenges and resolved to further strengthen Congress Party for the benefit and betterment of the people.

He said the Congress Party shall continue to fight for the rights of the people and full statehood with constitutional guarantees to restore the dignity of J&K. We will not rest till the Centre Govt fulfils its promise of restoring Statehood to J&K, Karra added and reiterated Party’s commitment to continue working for inclusive development of J&K, which has suffered serious setbacks on every count due to the policies of BJP Govt at Centre.

Karra further suggested to Govt to make the Administration address public grievances on priority including electricity tariffs, smart meters, unemployment menace and various other developmental issues concerning them (the public). People have facing hardships for a long, they have high expectations, so there is a need to come upto their expectations, the JKPCC President told the JK Govt.
