JAMMU: The Principal of Government Medical College (GMC) Rajouri has rebutted a report published in the Daily Excelsior regarding new patient admissions from the Badhal area.
In an official statement issued today, the Principal clarified that there are currently 11 patients admitted to the hospital, with nine under observation and two in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
“All nine patients under observation are recovering well and responding to treatment,” the statement read. “The two patients in the ICU are also haemodynamically stable.”
The Principal further noted that the last admission to the hospital occurred on Thursday, involving 11-year-old Saima Kousar. “Over the past 48 hours, no new patients have been admitted. All patients in the facility are stable and progressing positively,” the communication stated.
Reiterating the hospital’s commitment to quality healthcare, the Principal added, “We are dedicated to ensuring the best possible care for all our patients at GMC Rajouri.”
