The viva-voce will take place at the Regional Centre, Saida Kadal, Srinagar. Students are advised to check their names and schedules on the regional centre’s website at rcsrinagar.ignou.ac.in and report to the venue on the specified date and time.

Dr. A.H. Rizvi, Regional Director of IGNOU Srinagar, emphasized the importance of the viva-voce, describing it as an opportunity for learners to showcase their hard work, develop communication skills, and demonstrate their ability to articulate, present, and defend their projects. “The viva-voce is a mandatory requirement for degree completion. A well-prepared and presented project viva can also significantly enhance students’ employability by showcasing their expertise and skills to potential employers,” he said.

Dr. Rizvi also advised students of the BCA and MCA programs to bring their laptops to demonstrate their project work effectively.
