Developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC), Srinagar, and powered by S3WAAS (Secure, Scalable and Sugamya Website as a Service), the platform aligns with the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW) and embodies the vision of Digital India. It aims to serve as a robust and user-friendly digital interface between the administration and the citizens of Kashmir, offering transparency and efficiency in service delivery.

Speaking at the launch event, the Divisional Commissioner said that the launch of this website reflects our commitment to leveraging technology for better governance. This platform will bridge the gap between citizens and the administration, ensuring that important information and services are just a click away.

He said, “Launching this website marks a significant milestone in our journey towards creating a digitally empowered society.”

The Divisional Commissioner also expressed gratitude to NIC Srinagar for their tireless efforts and technical expertise in bringing this website to completion.

Citizens are encouraged to visit the website at https://divcomkashmir.jk.gov.in to explore its features and provide valuable feedback.
