Power outages scheduled in in Baramulla district on Jan 18 and 19

Srinagar: The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has announced scheduled power outages in parts of the Kashmir Valley to facilitate essential maintenance work.

According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, in order to carry out Work on Kalntra 33 KV Tap line, the shutdown of 33KV Wagoora line shall be observed due to which Receiving Stations at Sangrama, Wagoora, Kreeri and Ichloo shall remain off while power supply to the Sangrama, Wagoora, Kreeri, Ichloo and adjoining areas will be affected from 10:30 AM to 03:30 PM on 18 January, 2025.

Also, to carry out Stabilization of PHE feeders, the shutdown of 33KV Baramulla Ist shall be observed due to which Receiving Stations at Baramulla Ist and Kanlibagh shall remain off while power supply to the Sangri, Microwave, Kanlibagh, Ushkara, Main Bazar and adjoining areas of Baramulla will be affected from 10:30 AM to 03:30 PM on 19 January, 2025.
