Jammu: A group of IAS trainees of the 2024 batch called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan today.

During the interaction, according to an official press release, the LG extended his best wishes to the trainees. He advised them to work with sensitivity, honesty, and dedication and make their valuable contribution to achieve the goal of Viksit Bharat.

“Civil servants are the backbone of the administration. You must follow the values of integrity and merit for the nation building process. Your aim should be to reach out to the last man in the queue and focus on people-centric inclusive development. Your professional and personal conduct must reflect the core values and high morals of this prestigious service,” the LG said.

The trainees also shared the experience from their visit to Jammu & Kashmir, as a part of the Winter Study Tour programme.
