Srinagar: Police have arrested a drug peddler in Baramulla and recovered contraband substance from his possession, a police spokesperson informed Monday.
He said at a checkpoint at GEP Gulmarg, police arrested one Fazil Beigh, son of Parvaiz Beigh, resident of Lateefabad Kandi, after 25 grams of contraband cannabis-like substance was recovered from his possession. A case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Gulmarg for investigation.
