The training program was formally inaugurated by Principal Bashir Ahmed Malla, alongside Tariq Abdullah from the Chief Education Office Baramulla. Speaking at the event, Principal Malla emphasized the transformative nature of the program and its role in strengthening the educational foundation for young learners in Baramulla.

This three-day workshop, divided into two phases, focuses on the Foundational Stage of Education (ECCE/FLN). It is designed to refresh and equip Master Trainers with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively guide educational zones, schools, and communities. The initiative, backed by UNICEF, underscores a shared commitment to ensuring quality education for every child in Jammu and Kashmir.

Expert trainers Abreena Bashir and Sajad Ahmad are leading the sessions, sharing their expertise and engaging the participants in a variety of activities aimed at improving early childhood education practices. The curriculum is carefully structured to enhance understanding and provide practical approaches to implementing ECCE/FLN methodologies.

Principal Bashir Ahmed Malla expressed his optimism about the program, highlighting its potential to reshape education in Baramulla. He commended the dedication of all partners involved and reaffirmed the school’s commitment to fostering excellence in education.

Participants in the workshop are encouraged to assess their current skills, identify areas for growth, and share their experiences in implementing early childhood education initiatives. By creating a collaborative learning environment, the program seeks to empower educators and improve learning outcomes for young children across the district.

As the workshop progresses, the enthusiasm among participants is evident. With the support of expert trainers and committed stakeholders, Baramulla is taking a strong step toward achieving educational excellence, promising a brighter future for its students.
