Mubarik Gul visits fire-affected families of Noorbagh

SRINAGAR: Pro-tem Speaker of J&K Legislative Assembly, Mubarik Gul today visited the fire-affected families of Shaheen Mohalla, Noorbagh here and took stock of ongoing relief measures.

During the visit, Mubarik Gul directed the local authorities for quick assessment of the losses to affected families and consequent compensation of the same.

He also asked the local authorities and other relief organizations to coordinate with one another to provide essential supplies, including food, clothing and temporary shelter to affected families.

Gul, during the visit, also interacted with the affected families and assured them of all possible support.

Pro-tem Speaker of J&K Legislative Assembly and MLA Eidgah, Mubarik Gul today visited Mallapor, Khaiwan Srinagar and took stock of local issues of the general public.

This visit was held against the backdrop of recent concerns raised by local residents regarding safety, relocation of transformers and drainage problems in the area.

Engaging with various public delegations on the occasion, Mubarik Gul reaffirmed his dedication towards improving infrastructure and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents in Eidgah Constituency.

He assured them that all of their genuine issues and concerns will be addressed promptly.

He also gave instructions to concerned officials to ensure timely action on the issues highlighted by the public.

Executive Engineer KPDCL, senior officials from UEED and other officers also accompanied the Pro-tem Speaker during the visit.
