Felicitating the successful candidates, Dr. Farooq emphasised the crucial role that bureaucracy plays as the eyes and arms of government. “It is truly inspiring to see the youth of J&K excel in such prestigious exams despite facing numerous challenges such as limited resources and lack of exposure. I commend all the candidates from J&K who have achieved success. Your hard work, determination, and perseverance have paid off. I extend my best wishes to the families of the successful candidates. I urge each of them to strive towards creating a work culture that is distinguished and impactful, no matter where they are posted or in what capacity. I have full confidence that the new candidates will carry out your duties with professionalism and compassion,” he said.

The party Vice-President Omar Abdullah while felicitating the successful candidates said that it was gratifying to see the hard work of the candidates bore fruit. “Civil servants are the extended arms of the government. They are responsible for managing resources, delivering services. I hope that the new recruits maintain the high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and impartiality in serving the people. I congratulate the families of those who have cracked the prestigious examination,” he said.
