Srinagar: A 32-year-old driver died when his vehicle met with an accident in the Mendakpal area of Khrew Pampore in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, on Sunday.
An official said that the driver of a dumper truck lost control of the vehicle, resulting in an accident that caused him critical injuries.
He said that the injured was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.
The body of the deceased, identified as Adil Ahmad Wani (32), was handed over to his family members after medico-legal formalities.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident
