Sagar, who secured a resounding victory in the Khanyar constituency and was sworn in just yesterday, wasted no time in convening a Darbar the very next day.

The community hall was packed with locals eager to voice their concerns to Sagar. Issues such as water scarcity, erratic power supply, and ration problems were at the forefront of the discussions.

In response to the issues raised, Sagar said the party manifesto, which includes 12 guarantees and 24 promises, is the roadmap to addressing the public’s grievances. He assured the people that the government, led by Omar Abdullah, would work tirelessly to fulfil all commitments.

Sagar impressed upon the PHE department to resolve the water crisis plaguing the area. “Swift action must be taken to ensure the well-being of the people,” he said.
