Srinagar:  A non-local laborer died after falling from a construction site at AIIMS Awantipora in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Tuesday, officials reported.

According to an official, the incident occurred when the laborer fell from the building, sustaining severe injuries.

He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.

The deceased has been identified as Manjeet Singh, son of Baldev Singh, from Chat Gaali in the Rajgad area of Ramban district.
