The faithful spent the night in devotion, engaging in the recitation of Darood and Azkar (invocations), as well as Naat (praises) in honor of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). The atmosphere was filled with spirituality as the devotees prayed for peace, unity, and prosperity for the entire Muslim Ummah. The night-long session of religious devotion created a serene ambiance, reflecting the love and respect that Muslims hold for the Prophet (SAW).

On this occasion, renowned Islamic scholar, Prof. Abdul Hamid Nayeemi, delivered a keynote address. He emphasized the importance of following the teachings and way of life shown by Prophet Muhammad (SAW). Prof. Nayeemi highlighted the Prophet’s message of compassion, humility, and justice, urging the attendees to implement these teachings in their daily lives.

“The life of our beloved Prophet (SAW) is a beacon of guidance for all of humanity. By embodying his virtues of mercy, forgiveness, and kindness, we can build a more peaceful and just society,” Prof. Nayeemi remarked during his address.

The celebration concluded with special prayers for global peace and harmony, along with a sense of unity among the Muslim community.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is the best role model for all of humanity. Celebrating his birth reminds us of the virtues he stood for—love, peace, and mercy for all,” said Pir Nazir Ahmad Wani of Fathegarh the host of the celebration.

“Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) is a time to reflect on the teachings of the Prophet and renew our commitment to follow his example of kindness and justice,” he added.

Other speakers also said that the Prophet’s life is a light that guides us in all circumstances. “We should strive to follow the path of truth and compassion that he showed,” they added.
