Srinagar: Police in Budgam have arrested a drug peddler and recovered contraband substance and cash from him, a police spokesperson informed Tuesday.
He said one Rayees Ahmed Mir, son of Gulzar Ahmed Mir of Mohanpora Narkara, was arrested after 58 grams of cannabis, a mobile phone and some cash was recovered from his possession. A case has been registered at Police Station Budgam for investigation, he said.
