Jammu: Hours after the Congress announced its candidates, party leader Satish Sharma from Jammu rebelled, deciding to contest against Congress Working President and former Deputy CM Tara Chand. Denied a ticket in the latest candidate list, Sharma, son of two-time Congress MP Madan Lal, will file his nomination as an independent candidate from the Chamb constituency today afternoon. Several Congress leaders from the Chamb constituency have also resigned in support of Sharma.
