SRINAGAR: The concluding leg of Legends League Cricket (LLC) in Srinagar is scheduled to take place on October 9, with 124 cricket legends are expected to arrive in Kashmir, leaving cricket enthusiasts in a state of excitement.

Bakshi Stadium in Srinagar, according to LLC co-founder Raman Raheja, will host the competition’s final leg.

Speaking to a news conference here, Raheja said necessary repairing of the pitch has begun and that it would soon be ready for the games.

“Since the football pitch has enough seats, it has been chosen for the cricket competition. The matches will be played at the Bakshi Stadium in an effort to provide enough seating capacity to the visitors, even though we got a wonderful response in Jammu and it was anticipated that the number of people would be sizable,” Raheja added.

Accompanied by Gujrat Great Mentor and former team India cricketer Mohammad Kaif, Naman Ojha and star pacer from Kashmir Abid Nabi, Raheja said the LLC matches will be played between October 09 and 15 in Srinagar, for which preparations are in place.

“All the arrangements in this direction have been put in place and that the last leg matches of the Legends League Cricket will be played at Bakshi Stadium from October 09 to 15,” he added.

There will be 124 cricket luminaries in Kashmir, including Chris Gayle, Suresh Raina, Dinesh Karthik, Ian Bell, Harbajan Singh, and Shikhar Dhawan. These players represent six different franchises in the tournament.
