Srinagar: In a simple piping ceremony held at the Police Headquarters here today, the Director General of Police J&K R.R. Swain decorated Gulzar Ahmad Shah with the rank of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP).
ADGP (Headquarters) PHQ M.K Sinha was present on the occasion.
DGP congratulated the officer and his family members on the joyous moment.
