Further, separate training sessions for all 932 BLOs of District Srinagar about using the BLO App designed by ECI for registration of fresh electors as well as all other claims and objections, were conducted.

They were also educated about voter helpline App for filing registration of newly eligible voters. Training was imparted to newly appointed BLOs as well before the commencement of the H2H Survey.

Besides, it was given that out of a total of 932 BLOs of District Srinagar, 827 BLOs are locals as they are registered as electors in their respective parts, while the remaining 105 BLOs are electors of adjacent polling areas.
