Through a series of awareness programs, SMC educate factory owners and employees about the importance of proper industrial waste management. The programs are designed to underscore the benefits of eco-friendly practices while emphasizing the crucial role of responsible waste disposal in preserving the environment and public health.

In line with its commitment to environmental sustainability, SMC conducted inspections of waste disposal practices in factories to ensure compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement. By monitoring waste management practices closely, SMC aims to provide guidance and assistance to businesses in implementing sustainable waste disposal methods.

The core focus of this campaign is to promote the adoption of eco-friendly manufacturing processes that reduce waste generation and minimize impact on environment. By advocating for the use of sustainable materials and energy-efficient technologies, SMC aims to cultivate a culture of environmental responsibility among local businesses.

All stakeholders are encouraged to actively participate in this collaborative effort to protect the environment and promote sustainable practices in industrial waste management. Together, we can make a positive difference in our community and work towards a cleaner, greener future for Srinagar.
