Sajad Lone welcomes prominent academician Dr. Mudasir Akbar Shah into PC

Srinagar: J&K Peoples Conference President Sajad Gani Lone warmly welcomed prominent academician Dr. Mudasir Akbar Shah from Lalpora-Lolab as he joined the party today.

Dr. Mudasir, who rose from humble beginnings, completed his M.Tech at IIT Roorkee and did a PhD afterwards. He contributed to J&K’s development as a Science and Technology consultant at NIT Srinagar and served as an Assistant Professor with the United Nations in Ethiopia, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia.

In his welcome address, Lone acknowledged and praised Dr Mudasir’s remarkable journey, highlighting his deep commitment to social upliftment and his resilience in the face of adversity.

“We need individuals like Dr Mudasir in our political fabric—those with vast global experience and the determination to navigate Jammu and Kashmir through these turbulent times toward development and prosperity,” Lone remarked.
