Handwara: A 20-year-old youth was injured after a tipper hit a Maruti Swift car on the Handwara-Baramulla road near the Thoker Pora area on Wednesday.
Police sources reported that the accident occurred at Thoker Pora in Kralgund, North Kashmir, involving a tipper (JK05C4010) and a Swift car (JK05G3154). The incident resulted in injuries to Zaid Ahmad Wani, son of Sajad Ahmad Wani, a resident of Kanis Pora, Baramulla.
The injured youth was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and later referred to GMC Baramulla. Police have registered a case in this regard.
