Srinagar: Police in Baramulla have rescued three more minor girls and arrested another two persons involved in human trafficking case.

During the course of investigation of case (FIR No. 173/2024), it surfaced that two more persons identified as Ghulam Mohammad Khan, son of Abdul Rehman of Narbal, and Manzoor Ahmad Shah, son of Ghulam Mohammad of Janbazpora, were also involved in the trafficking and exploitation of minor girls from outside the UT, a police spokesperson informed.

Pertinently, two accused persons from Baramulla were arrested and four minor Rohingya girls were rescued during the initial investigation of the case.
