Srinagar: In a recent attack on an army convoy in the Kathua district, terrorists carried out attack has drawn strong condemnation from across the nation.

President Droupadi Murmu expressed her deep sorrow and firm resolve in addressing the incident, labeling it a heinous and cowardly act that calls for robust counter-measures.

As per news agency Kashmir Scroll President Murmu extended her heartfelt sympathies to the families of the soldiers who lost their lives in the attack. She praised their bravery and dedication in the ongoing war against terrorism in all its forms.

“My sympathies are with the families of the bravehearts who laid down their lives in this ongoing war against terror in its all forms. I pray for the speedy recovery of those injured,” President Murmu said.

The attack, which targeted a convoy of army personnel, has left the nation in mourning and renewed calls for heightened security and vigilant counter-terrorism measures. President Murmu’s statement underscores the nation’s commitment to standing firm against terrorism and supporting those who serve on the front lines.

As investigations continue and security forces work to apprehend those responsible, the country stands united in condemning this attack and honoring the sacrifice of its fallen heroes.
