Srinagar: A Yatri died of a cardiac arrest at Baltal in Kashmir on Monday.
An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that one Yatri namely Chandra Bhan aged about
59 years son of Barli Ram resident of Patiala Punjab fell ill and died at Base Camp Baltal due to cardiac arrest.
He said that after completion of medico legal formalities, dead body was
handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
He said that further proceedings in this regard have been taken up.(KS)
