Srinagar: Body of a youth who had drowned in River Jhelum while taking a bath in Bandipora district on Thursday has been retrieved, news agency Kashmir Scroll reported.
Nineteen years old Nadeem, son of Zahoor Ahmad, resident of Mir Mohalla Hajin, had drowned in the river while taking a bath yesterday.
A rescue operation was started soon after the incident and his body was retrieved today.
