Srinagar: CPI(M) leader Mohamad Yousuf Tarigami has expressed grief and sorrow over the tragic fire mishap that reduced several residential houses and shops to ashes in Mehman Mohalla of of Anantnag town yesterday.
He urged the administration to depute revenue teams to assess the losses incurred by the victims so that the value of compensation is fixed and distributed among them immediately. He demanded adequate compensation and rehabilitation of these affectees.
