Srinagar: J&K government on Monday ordered transfers and postings of several officers of the Law department.
Muzaffar Ahmad Wani, Secretary Legal, presently posted in the General Administration Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary Legal in the ARI and Trainings Department, Civil Secretariat, J&K, an order in this regard said.
It said Waseem Ahmad Lone, Deputy Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Finance Department is transferred and posted in the General Administration Department and Sourab Pangotra, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Revenue Department is transferred and posted in the Tourism Department vice Mukesh Singh, Assistant Legal Remembrancer,” reads the order, news agency Kashmir Scroll reported.
It said Mukesh Singh, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Tourism Department is transferred and posted in the General Administration Department vice Mudassar Hassan Choudhary, Assistant Legal Remembrancer; Javeed Nazir, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the General Administration Department is transferred and posted in the Finance Department; and Mudassar Hassan Choudhary, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in General Administration Department is transferred and posted in Revenue Department vice Sourab Pangotra, Assistant Legal Remembrancer.
“The above officers shall be deemed to have been relieved from the date of issuance of this order,” it states further.
