Srinagar: The dead body of a 55-year-old man was recovered today after 11 days of search in River Jhelum in north Kashmir’s Baramulla.
Quoting official sources, news agency KNS reported that Mohammad Subhan Dhobi of Kakar Hamam, Baramulla, had drowned in Jhelum on May 21.
The State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) led the search operation, and was assisted by various agencies, said reports.
The combined efforts finally led to the recovery of his body on Saturday from the river.
