Srinagar: Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested one over-ground worker (OGW) along with arms and ammunition in the Reban area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
A police officer said a joint team of police and army during a cordon and search operation arrested one OGW, and recovered a pistol, a pistol magazine, and 7 pistol rounds from his possession, news agency Kashmir Scroll reported.
Without identifying the arrested person, police said further investigation has been taken up in this regard.
