Srinagar: Police in Baramulla have booked one Bilal Ahmad Shalla alias Jana, son of Ghulam Qadir of Stadium Colony Baramulla under the Public Safety Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent authority, a police spokesperson informed Saturday.
The booked person has been detained and subsequently lodged in District Jail Udhampur.
He said that many cases were registered against him and was involved in disturbance of law and order, and subversion. Despite his involvement in many FIRs, he did not mend his anti-national and anti-social activities, police said.
