Budgam: A leopard was killed after it attacked and injured six persons in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Tuesday.

An official said that a leopard attacked and injured six persons at Nasrullahpora while they were working in the agricultural land, news agency Kashmir Scroll reported.

Following the attack, the locals rushed the injured persons to a nearby hospital from where one Danish Ahmad Malik, was referred to SMHS Hospital in Srinagar.

The news agency quoted a Wildlife official as saying that the leopard was later killed by its sleuths.
