Srinagar: A man lost his life while three others were injured in a head-on collision between two bikes in Kreeri area of north Kashmir Baramulla district on Monday.

An official said that in a head-on collision between two speedy motorcycles at Karewa Kreeri, one Basharat Ahmad Mir, son of Abdul Majeed Mir, of Mirpora Salosa, lost his life while three others were injured, news agency Kashmir Scroll reported.

He said that three riders who were seriously injured have been identified as Mubashir Zargar, son of Bashir Ahmed Zarger of Kreeri’ Shoaib Ahmed Reshi, son of  Ghulam Mohammad of Kokavthal, and  Faisal Fayaz, son of  Fayaz Ahmed Khan of Saloosa. They have been shifted to hospital for treatment, while police have registered a case and started investigation.
