Srinagar: A youth died and his two brothers were injured in a road accident in Sangaldan area of Ramban district on Thursday.
An official said three siblings were on their way to their home in Gool from Jammu with a newly purchased three-wheeler auto which skidded off the road in Sangalan.
While one of them died on the spot, two others were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The deceased was identified as Tanveer Ahmad (22), son of Abdul Lateef, resident of Moila Gool, and injured as Tahir Ahmed and Sahid Ahmed. Later one of the injured was referred to SKIMS Srinagar through Sangaldan-Baramulla train service for specialized treatment.
Police have registered a case in this regard.
