JKEDI, Techible hold workshop on ‘Business Model Canvas’ at GCET Jammu

Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) and Techible held a workshop themed “Business Model Canvas” to spread awareness for the Summer School Internship Program at Government College of Engineering and Technology (GCET) here on Thursday.

The workshop was conducted jointly by Techible- an innovative startup and JKEDI to teach students the various aspects of business analysis tools. The workshop is part of the recent Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by the Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) and Techible, an innovative startup to give flip to the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

The collaboration is geared towards fostering entrepreneurship development and providing high-quality internship and training opportunities through the Summer School Internship Program for the students in Jammu and Kashmir. Parmveer Nandal, the founder of Techible conducted the workshop proceedings.

This initiative aims to facilitate intellectual growth, skill development, and industry exposure across various domains such as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Science, Web and App Development, IoT and Drones, CAD Modelling, and freelancing skills.

Techible has started the Summer School Internship Program from Jammu and in the coming months similar workshops will be conducted in Srinagar, catering to school and college students alike.

Techible with the support of JKEDI targets the interns to benefit from a comprehensive program structure that includes theoretical instruction, hands-on training, and mentorship, enabling them to explore interdisciplinary subjects and refine their capabilities in their chosen fields.

Additionally, participants will gain exposure to generative AI tools, receive guidance on curriculum vitae building, and access placement assistance to enhance their career prospects.

JKEDI and Techible jointly aim to empower the youth of Jammu and Kashmir, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the rapidly evolving landscape of entrepreneurship and technology.
