Srinagar: A CRPF personnel and a truck driver were injured after a truck collided with a CRPF vehicle in Ramban district on Tuesday, officials said.
Official sources informed the news agency Kashmir Scroll that a truck bearing registration No. PB06BB. 2044, traveling from Srinagar towards Jammu in a rash and negligent manner while loaded with apples, collided with a CRPF van bearing registration No. Ap11X 3801, which was traveling in the opposite direction inside Kunfer Tunnel.
In the incident, the truck driver and a CRPF personnel were injured and both were shifted to DH Ramban for treatment.
Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance and initiated an investigation.
