There are 36 trillion living cells present in an adult human. Food items are necessary for our survival, and all of them keep us fit and healthy for our day-to-day tasks. Our body consists of various important organs, both internal and external, like skin, eyes, hair, teeth, stomach, etc. One thing that is very interesting is that we need different components of food for our overall development. The components are different types of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats, etc.

All the mentioned ingredients are not present in a single food item as different food items are known for different basic components, like carrot, which is well known for vitamin A as it is good for eye health; collard greens, which are rich in fiber and are good for bowel movement; fish, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and is good for heart health; pulses, which are rich in proteins and are good for our overall health; water, which keeps us hydrated and keeps our bowel movement in a very good position.

Papaya, for instance, is a fruit refered to as the ‘fruit of angels’ as it has immense and great health benefits when eaten on an empty stomach. It is good for skin health, as it is packed with antioxidants like vitamin A and vitamin C. Papaya encourages the synthesis of collagen, making the skin radiant, and minimizes wrinkles. This fruit is a good option for a morning pick-me-up because of its natural sugars, vitamins, and minerals, which deliver a rapid and long-lasting energy boost.

Papaya boosts our immunity as it is packed with vitamin C and keeps us away from lethal infection besides helping us with weight loss as it contains fiber and is low in calories. Papaya helps you feel full for a longer period of time, which can help with weight loss. The fruit in packed with foliate, A B-vitamin necessary for brain function and mood control, and having it in the morning has been shown to improve mood and cognitive performance. With beta-carotenes and vitamin A, papaya lowers the risk of muscular degradation, prevents age-related eye disorders and promotes good eyesight.

The Papain enzyme, which aids in the breakdown of proteins and encourages effective digestion, can help you start your day with better digestion. It also reduces inflammation as papayas contain anti-inflammatory qualities that aid in the body’s reduction of inflammation and lessens the pain and suffering brought on by illnesses like arthritis. Besides, it is good for heart health and contains potassium and fiber, which lower blood pressure and cholesterol and lower the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Papayas are rich in fiber, which encourages regular bowel movements that ease constipation and support a healthy digestive tract.

Not only papaya, eat all the seasonal and fresh fruits and vegetables regularly and avoid junk food and drink plenty of water. Exercise regularly and keep your health status good and up-to-date. That is the secreet of ahealthy mind in a healthy body.
