Uri drowning incident: Body of third missing labourer recovered

Srinagar: The body of a third missing labourer who drowned in River Jhelum in the Uri area last month has been recovered.

An official said that three persons — Shakeel Ahmed Mir, son of  Sad-ullah Mir of Gundzona Rashipora Kupwara; Bilal Ahmed Rashi, son of  Abdul Ahad Rashi of Arizal Budgam; and Mohammad Aslam Chowan, son of  Ghulam Mohiuddin Chowan of Gujjar Nad Chaharpora Shangus Anantnag — fell into the river while dismantling an old bridge at Mohra Gingal.
