Srinagar: The Mughal road which connects south Kashmir’s Shopian to Poonch and Rajouri districts across the Pir Panchal region is continuously shut for traffic movement owing to wet weather conditions in the region.
Officials said the road was closed on Wednesday after rockslides hit the highway at several places. Restoration work on the highway has been taken up since, and is hoped the traffic movement will be restored soon, they said.
