Srinagar: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel allegedly shot himself dead with his service rifle in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday, officials said.
News agency Kashmir Scroll reported that a jawan posted in 92 Bn shot himself dead with his service rifle this afternoon. His body has been shifted to GMC Baramulla for medico-legal formalities while police have taken cognizance of the matter, the news agency said.
