Jammu: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today met young innovator Master Karman Singh at Raj Bhawan.
The Lt Governor congratulated the 15-year-old Karman Singh for his exceptional achievements in innovation and extended best wishes for his future endeavours.
