JAMMU: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar has extended his warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the joyous occasion of Holi-the Festival of Colours.

In his message, Advisor Bhatnagar said that the Holi festival reminds us of the vibrant colours of our multicultural society and diversity and is an occasion to forge new bonds and feelings of compassion among fellow citizens.
