Srinagar: Decomposed body of a man was found in Lasjan area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Saturday afternoon.
Reports said that some passersby spotted the body in the Lasjan area and informed the police about it.
They said a police team reached the spot and shifted the body to a nearby health facility for medico-legal formalities.
They said the body has been kept in a mortuary for identification while investigations have been taken up to ascertain its identity and cause of death.
