BJP Spokesperson, others call on Lt Governor

JAMMU: Abhijeet Jasrotia, BJP Spokesperson called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan today.

He apprised the Lt Governor of various issues of public importance including the upgradation of the road from the main gate of Jasrota Wildlife Sanctuary to Kul Dev Mandir Baba Kaliveer.

Meanwhile, Prateek Singh, Director of Postal Services (HQ), J&K Circle called on Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha, today at Raj Bhawan.

He briefed the Lt Governor about the functioning of the Department of Posts and presented a Souvenir of the Postal Stamp on Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Temple.

The Lt Governor emphasized on taking all requisite measures to further improve the Postal Services in J&K with a special focus on far-flung and remote areas.

Later in the day, Nuzhat Ishfaq, Chairperson of District Development Council Ganderbal, called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan today. She was accompanied by Ishfaq Jabbar, former Legislator.
